Frankie lands a remarkable $1.23 million in scholarships!

Greetings from Success Prep Education Center!
Today, we are proud to announce the addition of another exceptional student to the list of scholarship awardees. This student is Frankie That, a Myanmar-American scholar.
Frankie That has received prestigious scholarships from all 14 universities and colleges to which he applied.
How Frankie Met Success Prep
Frankie first connected with us in Brooklyn Center through his aunt, who inquired about intensive SAT preparation at Success Prep. His aunt explained that Frankie had moved to the United States in pursuit of a better future. He would not only prepare for the SAT but also receive guidance on various academic matters.
Upon initially meeting Frankie, we were immediately impressed by his strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills. We also focused on enhancing his English proficiency, and our dedicated SPEC instructors worked diligently to further refine his strengths.
How Frankie Participated in Extracurricular Activities
In the realm of extracurricular activities, Frankie demonstrated remarkable leadership potential. He became the manager of the Badminton Club, reflecting his passion for the sport, and also joined the Math Club, where he participated in competitions and even secured first place, thereby showcasing his growing leadership abilities.
Academically, Frankie excelled, maintaining a 4.0 GPA. He demonstrated outstanding performance in challenging subjects, including AP Calculus, AP Physics, AP Chinese, AP Computer Science, and AP Statistics, earning top scores of 5 in these rigorous courses.
Universities and Scholarships Earned
When it came time to apply to universities, Frankie decided to share his significant emotional challenges after relocating from Macau to the United States.
Drawing on this experience, we collaborated closely to craft a compelling personal statement. After multiple revisions, we completed an essay that was both profoundly moving and intellectually engaging.
The title of the essay was New Horizon.
Through his diligence and perseverance, Frankie received scholarship offers from the following universities totaling $1.23 millions.
