Hsu

Hsu is an undergraduate student at LaGuardia Community College and is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science. She is a dedicated tutor at SPEC and primarily teaches Math, ELA, and writing to elementary school students. Before joining SPEC, she tutored high school students in Myanmar in preparation for their matriculation exams. She later worked as a Duolingo English Test instructor at Forward Academy, further honing her skills in delivering effective and engaging lessons. Her experience has given her a diverse array of teaching strategies and a deep understanding of different educational systems.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time in parks and museums where she enjoys people-watching and soaking in the atmosphere .

With her mix of teaching experience, academic knowledge, and a genuine love for learning and teaching, she strives to make a positive i,apct for her students’ educational journeys.
